• All information including personal information submitted by participants to Muldiox Production shall be kept confidential by the Organizer.

• Participants are required to bring along their NRIC and ticket on the event day for registration. For online registration, please bring along the e-ticket provided.

• Payment is required upon registration online, by phone or email.

• We accepted Cash, Online Bank Transfer or ATM Cash Deposit.

• There will be no refund for any cancellation of participation or non-attendance.

• Registration covers lunch and tea.

• Participants are encouraged to bring along own DSLR camera and laptop.

• Participants are to be responsible to their own belongings.

• By submitting this registration form online/ by hand above and participating in the Event, the participant is deemed to have read, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions. Participants shall further accept or are deemed to assume the rusk on their own violation against loss or damage to property sustained in the course of the Event.
